Habitat for Humanity of Kittitas County recently received some great news! Thrivent Builds is partnering with Habitat for the financing and building of the 17th Habitat House in Kittitas County! The home will be located in the Elk Heights location, with plans to break ground on April 23. There are many opportunities for Thrivent members to make a contribution and have their efforts counted toward meeting grant requirements. Build days are on Saturdays. Providing meals, snacks or beverages count toward volunteer hours also. Food items would be delivered to the Ellensburg Habitat store. To find out more about volunteering contact Carla Tacher at 509-962-5058 or carla.tacher@kchabitat.org .
