Easter Breakfast: Please check out the sign-up sheets in the Fellowship Hall, It’s time to prepare for our annual Easter Breakfast and Egg Hunt. We need lots of help to make it work. If you can provide food, candy, and hopefully help out in the kitchen, it would be appreciated! Youth and parents—we especially need your help but all others are welcome to take part as well. There are several shifts so it won’t take up too much of your morning and all will be able to attend one of the services. The set up time will be Saturday, March 30th at 2:00 p.m. and right now there are only a few people signed up to help. (It won’t take long with a few more people.) We also need a little more help in the kitchen. Can you come to do a (short) shift on Sunday morning? Please sign up to help. Thank you! Sunday School: There will be no Sunday School classes for children and youth during Spring Break, March 17 and 24, or on Easter Sunday, March 31. Classes will resume on April 7. (Adults will meet on the 17th & 24th, but not on Easter Sunday, March 31.)
The United Methodist Women invite you to attend their annual “White Breakfast” on Maundy Thursday, March 28 at 9:30 a.m. Through the beauty of music and a message from Pastor Shalom Agtarap, we will strive to better understand the events of Holy Week.
Stewardship Stu here... with a question... How does how you live your life become a stewardship issue? I came across a poem by Marianne Williamson that brings that message home. Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, We ask ourselves, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?"
Thank you to everyone who helped cook and serve dinner at FISH Food Bank last night! God bless you for feeding those in need.
