Next Sunday is Stewardship Sunday.  During worship we will be filling out our time and talent sheets, as well as our financial giving pledges for 2019.  We aren’t doing lunch this year, but there will be plenty of Bread for the World baked goodies for sale.  Please pray this week how you will give of your time, talent and treasure to support Christ’s mission through First Lutheran Church in the coming year.

New Members/Inquirers Classes Nov. 4, 11, 18 Dec. 2  Sundays after worship in the chapel. Anyone who is interested in joining First Lutheran Church, or simply wants a little refresher on what Lutherans believe and do is invited to attend these four classes after Sunday worship services, in the chapel.

We’ll meet for an hour or less with Pastor Dennis and read together Dan Erlander’s book, “Baptized We Live.”  Please plan on attending all four classes if you can.  It’s a great time to ask questions and get to know some of your brothers and sisters in Christ.
