Please note that choir rehearsals will begin on Thursday, October 2nd at 7:00p.m. in the Sanctuary. All who love to sing praises to God are welcome.

CWU students are returning to campus or are coming to Ellensburg for the first time.  The congregational life ministry thinks it’s a good idea to welcome them back and to invite them to worship with us. That’s why we are planning a potluck after church next Sunday, October 5.  To make this work, however, we’ll need the help of the entire congregation.  If you will be here and would like to help, you can prepare food for the potluck.  You’ll have a choice of preparing a main dish, a salad, bread/rolls, or dessert. There are sign-up sheets in the fellowship hall; please take a minute to sign up today.  Another way you can help is by talking to the students who come to the potluck and also to those who attend our services. Ask them about themselves and take a genuine interest in them so they’ll truly feel welcomed. Thank you in advance for your help and remember, sign up today!!

Time and Talent Surveys will be available for you to fill out on Sunday, October 5th. We are attempting to do our Time and Talent Surveys “in house” as much as much as possible this year. You will have opportunities to fill one out at the potluck on Sunday, October 5th and during/after worship on Sundays, October 12th and 19th. This will also save on postage.  Thank you.

Next Sunday will be our congregation's "Food Drive for FISH"!  If each family brings food, we'll have a generous donation.  If you have never brought anything for the food bank, there are ideas on the Outreach bulletin board just right of the kitchen door.  Let's break our record with our amount of food!!  Blessings on all of you!
