Last Sunday for the Quilt Sale. Buy a quilt before they are gone for another year, remember, they make great gifts.

Community Thanksgiving Service tonight 6p.m. at Grace Episcopal. Offering will be given to the Cold Weather Shelter.

You are invited to the Scandinavian Dinner: Wednesday, December 6 at 5:30 PM Please mark your calendars for the annual Scandinavian Dinner, which is scheduled for Wednesday, December 6 at 5:30 pm. We will be setting up the Fellowship Hall to accommodate 173 diners. To be sure that you and your guests will be able to be seated when you arrive, please pick up a FREE ticket for each person in your party. We’ll also keep track of the people to whom we give tickets and how many tickets we’ve given away. Ticket tables will be set up after church on November 19, November 26, and December 3 or until all tickets are gone. In addition, we are asking for a crew of helpers and chefs who will be instrumental in making the event a success. There are two sign-up opportunities: one for being part of the crew of helpers and the other for saying what food you’ll prepare. The Congregational Life Ministry sincerely hopes you will join us for this festive occasion and thanks you in advance for your assistance.

There’s still time to turn in your time and talent sheets and financial pledges. You may place them in the offering plates or there is a basket in the office. Mailing in works, too.

Community Thanksgiving Dinner Wednesday, November 22nd 3:00-6:00p.m. at Teanaway Hall, 512 N Poplar. It is free and all are welcome.

SUNDAY, NOV. 26: Bread for the World Bake Sale Cooks and bakers - raise a creative STORM and CLOUDS of flour! WHIP UP your most tempting goodies, and PRESENT THEM (TA-DAA!) at next Sunday’s bake sale! Bring your items before worship to tables in Fellowship Hall. It all benefits Bread for the World – a good cause, and we’ll all feel good for helping! (Going to be absent that day? Drop off early baked contributions at the office. Cash works, too!)
